Robert Blandford
MA, BCBA, LBA
Robert is the founder and clinical director of Little Steps, where he serves as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). He is committed to helping children thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in 2017 with a double major in Psychology and Sociology, and began working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) the same year. Robert went on to earn his Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2020 and achieved BCBA certification in 2022.
Working at some of the leading clinics in the country, Robert has developed clinical expertise in early intervention therapy with children. Robert is particularly passionate about supporting nonverbal children in developing effective ways to communicate, helping each child’s voice be heard.
Robert is dedicated using compassion and empathy to provide care that is not only effective but also fun and dignified for the learner. He values close collaboration with families and other providers to create a supportive team environment that maximizes progress across home and community settings.
